<p>As a chef entrepreneur, lecturer in Ciputra University and a celebrity chef, he has written and published several culinary books with Gramedia and also 10 Cooking & Baking DVDs. He is now known as “the Singing Chef” by the national media and televisions. His food creations can be seen in several media and also at www.dapurumami.com. Some people also call him “the Chef of Sultan” because of his dedication in exploring and promoting the Indonesian King’s Royal culinary through the TV series "Dapur Raja.".
