Hendra, S.E., M.M. is a Assistant Professor in Universitas Ciputra. He joined Universitas Ciputra since 2014 and currently part of Tourism Faculty. Hendra as known as Chef Hugo, finished his study in Continental Food Management in NHI-Bali and got his tourism degree  in tourism, master degree in business at Ciputra University Surabaya and Doctoral at School of Tourism Trisakti . He started his culinary journey in 5-star hotels, The Ritz Carlton Singapore and The Ritz Carlton Bali  until became an Executive Chef at Dive Indonesia Resort at his age of 21 years old.

As a chef entrepreneur, lecturer in Ciputra University and a celebrity chef, he has written and published several culinary books with Gramedia and also 10 Cooking & Baking DVDs. He is now known as “the Singing Chef” by the national media and televisions. His food creations can be seen in several media and also at www.dapurumami.com. Some people also call him “the Chef of Sultan” because of his dedication in exploring and promoting the Indonesian King’s Royal culinary through the TV series "Dapur Raja.". He is also one of the founders of Perkumpulan Chef professional Indonesia (PCPI) the biggest chef association in Indonesia and the founder of food startup Indonesia  who concerns about  start up in food and beverage business   which cooperates with Badan Ekonomi Kreatif (BEKRAF) since 2016 till now.
